Key Qualities & Skills:

• Clear, confident communication skills — both spoken and written

• A problem solver who thinks on their feet

• Empathy: You can put yourself in someone else’s shoes and really understand their needs

• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment

• Comfortable using computers; CRM software knowledge is a bonus

• Experience in customer service is welcome — but not a deal-breaker if you’re ready to learn!
